We are looking to appoint an experience enthusiastic Team Leader to guide and direct a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care are achieved and maintained, and to oversee the smooth running of the shift.
In this role you will support the Service Manager to deliver excellent services and ensure that the service is compliant with CQC regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a staff team and your duties will include staff supervision and team meetings. This is a busy role where our service users’ needs will be your top priority.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist the incredible people we support in their day to day lives, ranging from personal care, cleaning, cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining relationships and accessing the community. You will also work along-side the Manager and other Seniors to lead and support a team of staff. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing person centred support plans, risk assessments, administering medication and completing and checking daily reports.

We are looking for dedicated and caring waking night workers to join us in two of our services for 3 nights a week 36hrs, shift times are 20.00 to 08.00am. Shifts are on a rota basis and include weekends and bank holidays.
